A family of hospitality

In the beginning, there was… a bistro! In 2019, we opened a small rotisserie at Jiřího z Poděbrad, driven by the conviction that everyday food deserves top-tier craft. This philosophy gradually blossomed into a whole KRO Kitchen family of venues across Prague. From KRO bistros and cafés to Alma—home to a Bib Gourmand restaurant, wine bar, cocktail bar and event spaces—to our own bakery, fermentery, and natural wine import.

Nothing goes to waste at KRO Kitchen. What we don't use directly, we ferment, pickle, mix into drinks or turn into sauces and spices. Zero waste, maximum creativity.
